By accessing or using Host5G services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations. Prohibited activities include: distributing malware, sending spam, hosting illegal content, DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining without authorization, or any activity that disrupts our services.
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime as outlined in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refunds are provided per our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on the Host5G platform is owned by Host5G or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Host5G shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
